We have almost any beer that you can dream up. Right now, that’s over 3,500 beers! Any special requests? Just shoot us a note and we'll do our best to get it to you.
CAN I GET BEER THAT YOU CAN’T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE?
We have access to an amazing selection and are constantly striving to add new beer to the rotation, including the latest releases from breweries across the nation. That being said, if there are specific beers you are looking for, we can only get them if they are distributed in states in which we operate.
HOW FRESH IS MY BEER THAT I GET FROM BREWPUBLIK?
We don’t have a huge warehouse full of beer for a reason – to keep your beer fresh. We make your specific selections every month, then order your beer, and pack your delivery. We never have beer longer than a week or two before it's time to restock our warehouse. If you want to get all technical on us, the official policy is shown below:
"We are passionate about fresh, highest-quality beer. To ensure this, unlike other retailers, we don't warehouse our beer. It's ordered the same week that we get it to you (often within a day) so we carry it as fresh as possible. For highly sensitive beers like fresh-hopped IPAs, they are kept in cold storage all of the time. Cold delivery is also available upon request."
While we cannot control the practices of our suppliers, whenever possible we always encourage them to operate in a responsible manner and protect the quality of their product.

CAN I GET THE BEER YOU HAVE IN THE STORE?
BREWPUBLIK loves to support the communities in which we do business, including local craft breweries. We make it easy for you to discover beers and breweries you may not have heard of or can't easily visit through our network of connections in the industry and our Beergorithm. We form a connection between craft breweries and consumers they may not normally have access to.
CAN I GET ONLY BOTTLES OR ONLY CANS?
Sure you can! We understand that sometimes you want cans to chill by the pool or bottles to take to a friend’s house. All you have to do is let us know if you want only cans by chatting us online. We’ll let our distribution and fulfillment team know, and you’ll get what you ask for.
WHERE DO YOU OPERATE?
We are currently operating in most zips in San Francisco Bay area, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham area, and Charleston, SC.
Due to state restriction, we are not able to deliver in Charleston, SC yet, however if you shoot us a note we can still help you with your beer needs! Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll come up with a custom plan.

DO YOU HAVE OFFICES?
We do! Our company headquarters is located at 1000 NC Music Factory Blvd, Suite C6, Charlotte, NC 28206. We also have offices in San Francisco Bay area, Raleigh-Durham area, and Charleston, SC.
WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?
Well, that’s a loaded question. We are a bunch of nerds. We thrive on technology, beer data, gadgets, computers, Slack, random apps full of random information, and our phones. Our co-founders, Charlie and Samantha, are both pretty sarcastic, so we like to joke around. Our culture is one of hard work, determination, grit, and saying “Waddup, fam?” a lot. We use way too many emojis when we talk to each other, and we all pretty much hate chit chat - just get the job done!
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
We got started in 2014. Charlie and Samantha got together, pulling in folks along the way, to create this crazy dream. We worked out of Charlie’s house for awhile (yes, straight-up Silicon Valley style) until we got a real office. From there, we hustled, launched in new markets, redesigned our product (twice), enhanced our technology, kept hustling, became a 500 Startups graduate, and here we are.
By April of 2016, we were a bi-coastal company - operating in Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Charleston on the East Coast, and the San Francisco Bay area on the West Coast.

WHAT’S YOUR MORNING ROUTINE?
We are all bulletproof coffee fanatics (thanks, Dave!). Our morning routines vary - but they all start with organic butter blended with coffee and coconut oil. Sounds gross, but don’t knock it ‘til you try it.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE BEER?
That also varies widely. Our CEO loves, well, anything. Our COO is a big fan of Sours and IPAs. Our CMO is a big dark beer fan - bring on the stouts and porters. And the rest of the team loves all of that and more. Basically, we drink anything. We must in order to give you good beer advice. The cool thing though, we appreciate all the beer that is set down in front of us. Craft beer is about the craft. It may not wet our whistle, but it may wet yours. Because of that, we don’t discriminate.
DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT BEER THEY LIKE?
Nope! You are giving them the beer money, they tell us what they like when they claim their gift.
HOW DOES THE RECIPIENT GET THEIR BEER?
Simple! They just need to claim their gift here. We’ll ask for their gift code, which you can either send to them or to yourself. Then, they tell us their go-to beers and when to stop by with their delivery.
HOW MUCH BEER DO THEY GET?
It depends! The months shown are based off a 6-pack per month at the price of $15 (plus tax) each month. However, your recipient can spend the money however they want! That includes 6-packs only, shopping via our online store, or by signing up for Buyer’s Club. So really, there is no set limit or minimum amount of beer they can receive, it’s all based on how the recipient uses their funds.
ONCE I CLAIM MY GIFT, DOES IT EXPIRE?
Not at all! The credits you purchase for the lucky beer lover don’t expire. Keep in mind, since this is a recurring membership, the gift amount will be charged each month for a 6-pack at the cost of $15 (plus tax). However, we don’t keep the beer! If your recipient hasn’t scheduled, they simply rack up some 6-packs to get whenever they want. All they have to do is schedule the 6-packs when they’re ready via their profile.
WHAT KIND OF GIFT CERTIFICATE IS THIS?
It’s an electronic gift card you can either send to yourself or to your recipient.
I GOT A GIFT! DOES IT EXPIRE?
We recommend claiming a gift within 6 months of receipt. If you lost your electronic gift card, please reach out to us with the email address of the person who gave you the gift. We can locate your code that way. Unfortunately, we cannot honor lost physical gift cards.
I’M A CURRENT MEMBER AND RECEIVED A GIFT, HOW DO I GET MY BEER?
If you’re a current member, simple apply the code directly to your account in the profile. Head to Account Settings, input the code, and you’re all set!
WHAT KIND OF MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU HAVE?
We have two different memberships to choose from - a recurring curate 6-pack and our Buyer’s Club. Buyer’s Club is an email list for limited release, rare beers.
With our 6-pack membership, you get a surprise, curated selection of beer delivered to your house each month (or however often you’d like). Get up to four curated 6-packs with each delivery. Each 6-pack is $15 (plus tax). Rate the beers you receive after each delivery to tell our Beergorithm what you like and don’t like. The more you rate, the smarter it becomes. Our 6-pack membership is a subscription-based membership, meaning you will see a charge on your account for each 6-pack, monthly.
Buyer’s Club is a completely different program in which you receive emails with rare, limited release beers. These beers vary in price (some being as low as $5, others as high as $100). If you want to purchase the beer, simply respond to the email and a member of our Buyer’s Club team will be in touch. You will only be charged when the beer is received in one of our warehouses and deliverable to you. There is no recurring fee to be a member of Buyer’s Club, but you are required to reach $50 for a free delivery or pay a small $2.99 delivery fee if you are under the threshold but don’t want to wait.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A BUYER’S CLUB BEER?
Just respond to the email to purchase! A member of our Buyer’s Club team will be in touch shortly after your response has been received.
WILL I GET REPEAT BEERS IN MY 6-PACK?
Our quality control team ensures we do not give you duplicate beers from one 6-pack to the next. What we cannot predict is if you’ve had the beer previously. We can’t read minds, but if you don’t want that particular beer if you’d had it in the past (before becoming a member) just let us know! We can swap it out for you at no extra charge.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF MONTHS I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR?
You do you. Our service is recurring, but we are not contract-based. You can sign up for as many or as few months as you’d like. Need to pause or cancel? Click here.
WHAT ELSE DO I GET FROM MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We love to keep our members happy. Not only will you get a fully curated selection of beer to sample every month, you’re also able to order any beer from our inventory and have it delivered straight to you! Rate beers from your previous delivery through The Cellar, search for limited release beers on The Reserve, and read up on what’s happening at BREWPUBLIK and in the craft beer world on our blog.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
In a nutshell, you tell us what type of beers you like by creating a beer profile. Then, we run those preferences through our Beergorithm, and deliver new beers you're sure to love! Find one you especially like? Order more simply by emailing our team!
Don’t forget to rate your beers after each delivery. The more you rate, the smarter our Beergorithm becomes.

HOW DO I GET MY BEER?
You tell us when to stop by! When you sign up, you tell us when you want your first delivery. This will set your curated 6-pack schedule. Before each regularly scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a notification from us that you’ll be getting another 6-pack soon. If you aren’t home, no problem. You can reschedule that delivery.
Don’t want to wait a month? We’ll deliver to you any time between your curated 6-packs for a low $2.99 delivery fee.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Yes, someone 21+ needs to be home to accept and sign for the beer delivery. However, you tell us when to stop by – not the other way around. If you have limited availability, the best way to get your beer if to have us drop off at your apartment or office concierge.
We never leave beer on your front porch. First, we are committed to being responsible community partners. We want people to drink great beer, but only people who are old enough to do so. Second, you want your beer as fresh as possible, not sitting on your porch!
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE A DELIVERY?
Easy! Hit up your profile and change when we’re dropping by for your next delivery. If you need it sooner than the options available, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to accommodate.
IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING SECURE?
Your credit card information is never stored on any of our servers. Our website is entirely SSL-protected. All transactions are processed using secure encryption.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash, as all order processing is done online.
CAN I COMBINE COUPON CODES?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Only one coupon code per order.
IS THIS A CONTRACT?
BREWPUBLIK has no monthly contracts; however, our home delivery product is subscription based. You will see a recurring monthly charge to the payment method on file on or around the same day which your account was originally activated. You will be charged if you do not skip a month (via your profile) or contact us to cancel. If you don’t tell us, we have no way of knowing you do not want beer that month!
If you’re a Buyer’s Club member, your account incurs no recurring delivery fee. You will only be charge if and when the beer is in our warehouse and deliverable to you.
CAN I SKIP A MONTH?
You bet. Just head to your Account Settings within your profile. In there, you’ll see an option to pause your account. Just let us know when you want to reactivate your account by using the calendar function and hit save. Your account will reactive on the date which you set.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We hope you don’t cancel, but if you must, you can. Let us know by emailing us at email@example.com, chatting us online, or contacting your BREWPUBLIK Representative (for office deliveries) and we'll cancel your account.
If you’re on a recurring membership and contact us after your account has been charged for the current month, you will incur the cost of the delivery and your account will be cancelled as of the following month. We order beer assuming you want a delivery that month, so if your account has already been charged, we will still need to deliver that beer.
If you contact us and your account has not already been charged for that month, the cancellation will go through immediately and you will no longer see a charge from BREWPUBLIK.
We will reach out to you to ask more information as to why you want to cancel. It’s not to bug you, but to learn! We are a young company and customer feedback as very important to us as we build a product we want our customers to love. Your candid feedback is appreciated.
DO YOU DELIVER TO OFFICES?
We sure do! We can deliver your personal subscription straight to the office, just let us know. We can also deliver beer for the entire office. If you office is interested in having craft beer delivered, visit us here and drop in your information!
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT MY OFFICE LIKES?
We send our primary contact a survey link to send around to the office. Each employee completes the survey by telling us their go-to beers and a little bit more information about what they like. We take that information, aggregate the results, and build a customized plan. Each happy hour may be different, but everyone is guaranteed to have a beer they’ll love.
HOW MANY BEERS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
A lot! We currently have over 3,500 beers available overall. Those narrow down slightly based on what is available within your city, what we can bring in for you that is outside your city, and other distribution restrictions (here’s looking at you North Carolina). CAN I GET KEGS?
Absolutely! We are a full service company - that means we source, deliver, and set-up the kegs, as well as maintain your systems.
If you’d prefer to stick to bottles and cans, we can do that as well. We just won’t maintain your kitchen refrigerator.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET BEER FOR MY OFFICE?
The initial sign-up process takes about a week, but once set-up as a customer, we can turnaround orders within 48 hours if it’s an emergency. If you are buying for a large office event, give us a week or so to pull together a menu and order the larger amount of beer you’d need.
DO YOU DELIVER LIQUOR TOO?
We sure do. But currently only in the San Francisco Bay area.
WE HAVE SOME WINE DRINKERS. CAN YOU DO THAT TOO?
You bet! We currently deliver wine in the San Francisco Bay area and can provide a curated selection in Charleston as well.
DO YOU PROVIDE BARTENDERS?
We can provide licensed bartenders if needed for an additional fee. Just let your BREWPUBLIK Representative know and they can work out the details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is not. We service companies from 10 employees to 10,000. Each plan is developed with your specific office or event in mind.
CAN I PAY BY CARD OR CHECK?
According to some state laws, we must receive payment for the beer before we drop it off to you. With this in mind, we prefer to keep a card on file. However, if you must pay be check, we’ll just need to receive the check prior to your delivery or pick it up day of. Just let us know what kind of payment arrangement you’d need and we can work within your parameters as best possible.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
IS THIS A CONTRACT?
BREWPUBLIK has no monthly contracts; however, our office delivery service is preferred to run on a recurring basis so you are guaranteed a constant flow of suds to your taps or fridge. We also cater for one-time events, special occasions, holidays, and more!
CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY?
You bet. Just let your BREWPUBLIK Representative know you’d like to skip a delivery and we’ll make the adjustments on our end. Though, more than likely your co-friends are going to want a beer - so just make sure the office knows.
If you skip a delivery but end up running out of beer, we’re happy to rally the troops and deliver a selection everyone will love. Just let us know!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
