WHAT IS BREWPUBLIK?

BREWPUBLIK is a full-service alcohol solution for offices and events. We are a technology company, working to revolutionize alcohol sourcing/purchasing and event management for offices. There are many ways in which you can take advantage of our service, including: On-demand alcohol delivery when needed, scheduled, recurring alcohol deliveries and scheduled, as-needed alcohol deliveries.

BREWPUBLIK is available in the San Francisco Bay area down to East Bay, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC.... with more markets launching soon.

WHY SHOULD I USE BREWPUBLIK?

BREWPUBLIK offers thousands of fresh products available for delivery to your office's front door. We make your office beverage stocking easy by providing an automated solution that enables you to worry about other things... not the alcohol. We provide both packaged and kegged alcoholic beverages, and can also service your kegerator or bartend your event! We also keep very little inventory, meaning the beer we are providing is as fresh as it gets - often freshly packaged/kegged same-week.

Home Delivery Service

BREWPUBLIK IS NO LONGER OFFERING A HOME DELIVERY SOLUTION.

After much time and deliberation as a team, we have decided to make a tough choice- BREWPUBLIK has suspended alcohol deliveries to individual purchasers, including Buyer’s Club and our Flex subscription product. Instead, we are focusing all efforts on deliveries to offices and events.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY BEFORE JANUARY 15?

We are currently operating in most zips in San Francisco Bay area down to East Bay, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham area, and Charleston, SC. 

Due to state restriction, we are not able to deliver in Charleston, SC yet, however if you shoot us a note we can still help you with your alcohol needs! Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll come up with a custom plan.

Enterprise Delivery Service

DO YOU DELIVER TO OFFICES?

We sure do! We can deliver beer for the entire office. If your office is interested in having craft beer delivered, visit us here and drop in your information!

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT MY OFFICE LIKES?

We send our primary contact a survey link to send around to the office. Each employee completes the survey by telling us their go-to beers and a little bit more information about what they like. We take that information, aggregate the results, and build a customized plan. Each happy hour may be different, but everyone is guaranteed to have a beer they’ll love. And we also do wine!

HOW MANY BEERS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

A lot! We currently have over 3,500 beers available overall. Those narrow down slightly based on what is available within your city, what we can bring in for you that is outside your city, and other distribution restrictions. CAN I GET KEGS?

Absolutely! We are a full service company - that means we source, deliver, and set-up the kegs, as well as maintain your systems.

If you’d prefer to stick to bottles and cans, we can do that as well. We just won’t maintain your kitchen refrigerator.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET BEER FOR MY OFFICE?

Once set-up as a customer, we can turnaround orders within 24-48 hours. If you are buying for a large office event, give us a week or so to pull together a menu and order the larger amount of beer you’d need.

DO YOU DELIVER LIQUOR TOO?

We sure do. But currently only in the San Francisco Bay area.

WE HAVE SOME WINE DRINKERS. CAN YOU DO THAT TOO?

You bet! We are now offering wine in all of our markets.

DO YOU PROVIDE BARTENDERS?

We can provide licensed bartenders if needed for an additional fee. Just let your BREWPUBLIK Representative know and they can work out the details.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

The minimum order size is one case of beer, or 24 bottles/cans. We service companies from 10 employees to 10,000. Each plan is developed with your specific office or event in mind.

CAN I PAY BY CARD, ACH OR CHECK?

According to some state laws, we must receive payment for the beer before we drop it off to you. With this in mind, we prefer to keep a card on file. However, if you must pay by check, we’ll just need to receive the check prior to your delivery or pick it up day of. Just let us know what kind of payment arrangement you’d need and we can work within your parameters as best possible. We do accept ACH payments, just ask your rep for details and they can provide them to you.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

IS THIS A CONTRACT?

BREWPUBLIK has no monthly contracts (outside of special circumstances); however, our office delivery service is preferred to run on a recurring basis so you are guaranteed a constant flow of suds to your taps or fridge. We also cater for one-time events, special occasions, holidays, and more!

CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY?

You bet. Just let your BREWPUBLIK Representative know you’d like to skip a delivery and we’ll make the adjustments on our end. Though, more than likely your co-friends are going to want a beer - so just make sure the office knows.

If you skip a delivery but end up running out of beer, we’re happy to rally the troops and deliver a selection everyone will love. Just let us know!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We hope you don’t cancel, but if you must, you can. Let us know by contacting your BREWPUBLIK Representative and we'll discontinue delivering beer to your office.

We will ask more information as to why you want to cancel. It’s not to bug you, but to learn! We are a young company and customer feedback as very important to us as we build a product we want our customers to love. Your candid feedback is appreciated.
